How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Do yourself a favor and pick up some of this amazing product. At first try, I knew that I would love it and I haven’t been let down since. No other product on the market gives my skin this type of glow and radiance. No other product is as light and smooth as this. I like the glow getter c serum - ivebeen using it as part of my skin care regime for the last few years. It is gentle, but leaves my skin soft, and glowing.

I get complements on how great my skin looks all the time. I’m almost 50 and my skin is not yet showing wrinkles (hair is another story lol). All round an excellent product.

Onekind Glow Getter Radiant C Serum

I started using the Glow Getter Radiant C Serum after I got a facial on my birthday this past May. I have been a fan ever since. I love how light it feels on my face. A little bit goes a long way. There is no sticky residue, which I am not a fan of with other serums I used. I have been getting compliments on my skin and I have this serum to that. It definitely makes my skin have a glow and a nice texture to it. My favorite serum to use.

This product is strong and can irritate your skin. However, I am pleased with the result as my skin has improved. I can only use it every fourth day. Recommend the product and in combination with a moisturizer.

I can’t get past the smell

Some “scents” are unpleasant. Some are closer to being a stench. The medicinal notes are overpowering. This is like wiping Underberg bitters on your face. I’ve suffered halfway through the tube and have noticed no effect. Most products take two tubes to show impact. I can’t stomach a second one.

Wonderful Radiance

Glow Getter is a most appropriate name for this serum. Just after 1 to 2 weeks of using it I noticed a marked improvement in all discoloration from acne and dark spots on the skin and it brings out a glowing radiance. I have tried countless other correction serums, and this is by far the best one. It is great paired with the Solar Drops for daytime use. All I can say is just try it!
